“It gives me great pride and satisfaction to write about Goel Institute of Higher Studies Mahavidyalaya (GIHSM), a college dedicated to the all-round growth and development of each and every student for a better career prospect.

We are living in a nation which is facing a tremendously changing process and poses many challenges. To counter this situation the only option left with the nation is education. The college is determined to train and guide the young generation in order to bring out their potential so that our younger generation can address these challenges effectively, timely and meaningfully.

The college provides full support to improve their critical thinking abilities, research aptitude, consciousness to social responsibilities and inculcating professional ethics. We, at GIHSM make every effort to improve the creativity and problem solving abilities of the students so that they can contribute their best to the society and the country.

GIHSM offers 5 under-graduate courses which are a perfect blend of appropriate theoretical knowledge with pragmatic learning in the fields of management and technology ensuring the fulfillment of expectations of the corporate world. GIHSM has a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty who devote their time and energy in teaching as well as for overall development of the students.

The college aims to provide full facility for soft skill & personality development of the students and requisite training for their transformation into worthy citizens through co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The NSS unit of the college frequently organizes Social Welfare programs and special camps every year giving ample opportunity to students for social service and self-development in social interest.

Our students have infiltrated into all sectors be it government, private or public to serve the country in various capacities. Our competent faculty and the State of The Art infrastructure together with 2 months internship program at an industry of repute help them in developing their overall personality to meet the challenges at global level and come out with the optimum solutions.
