The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) program aims to provide students with foundational and advanced knowledge, technical proficiency, and creative insight topursue careers as professional artists, designers, and creative thinkers.

Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) – Program Objectives
The Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) program is designed to nurture creativity, technical skills, conceptual understanding, and professional competence amongaspiring visual artists. It prepares students to engage critically and creatively with contemporary visual culture and to pursue professional careers or higher studies in the visual arts. Program Objectives Graduates of the BVA program will be able to:
1. Demonstrate Technical and Creative Proficiency
Develop strong technical skills and creative abilities in chosen areas of visual art such as painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, applied arts, or digital media.
2. Apply Conceptual and Critical Thinking
Integrate conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and critical inquiry in the creation and interpretation of artworks.
3. Understand Art in Historical and Cultural Contexts
Acquire knowledge of art history, aesthetics, and theory to contextualize artistic practices within local, national, and global perspectives.
4. Utilize Contemporary Tools and Media
Employ traditional and modern technologies, including digital andinterdisciplinary approaches, in artistic creation and visual communication.
5. Communicate Artistic Intent Effectively
Articulate visual ideas, concepts, and processes through written, verbal, and visual presentations using appropriate artistic language.
6. Exhibit Professionalism and Ethical Awareness
Demonstrate responsibility, ethical practice, and respect for cultural diversity and social engagement in artistic work.
7. Curate and Present Artwork Professionally
Plan, organize, and exhibit a cohesive body of work that reflects personal vision, technical mastery, and professional presentation standards.
8. Engage in Lifelong Learning and Career Development
Prepare for continued growth through postgraduate education, research, or professional opportunities in the visual arts, design, education, or creative industries.
BFA (Applied)
4 years degree in the field of Arts & Paintings.
Eligibility: The student should be from any stream in intermediate with 50% minimum marks.
