International Women’s Day

GOEL INSTITUTE OF HIGHER STUDIES MAHAVIDYALAYA celebrated International Women’s Day on March 7, 2024. The chief guest for the event was Dr. Beenu Singh PPS (CO Fatehpur), and special guests were Ms. Sushmita Singh, a journalist, and Dr. Shailja Dixit, a professor at Amity University.

The eve manifolded various dance performances tributing to womenhood.
The chief guest emphasized women’s empowerment and giving equal rights to women all across the nation. Dr. Santosh Pandey, Principal GIHSM, also presented his views on Women’s Day, emphasizing women’s empowerment.
GIHSM also launched their journal, GIHSM JOURNAL OF CONTEMPORARY RESEARCH, on this special occasion. The chief editor of the journal, Dr. Rajeev Pandey, Dean Research (University of Lucknow), congratulated the successful launch of the research journal and said this journal will be an important step toward the institution’s research journey.
Event was coordinated by Dr. Shivani Kalra (HOD commerce) and Ms. Jayantika Yadav (Coordinator Commerce) under the guidance of Principal GIHSM, Dr. Santosh Pandey.
