Sarthak Resilience Incubator Orientation Programme

On the First Day, Sarthak Foundation has organised a “Sarthak Resilience Incubator” 2-days (from 27th July to 28th July) Orientation programme for Level-1. The programme began with welcoming the students of different colleges selected by Sarthak Foundation for Level-1 by the founder Ms. Kshama. Students were classified into the groups . One trainer was assigned to each group. 10 students from Goel Institute of Higher Studies Mahavidyalaya selected for the Level-1 programme. Group no. of GIHSM students was 8, and the assigned trainer to group 8 was Ms.Yashi Nigam. After welcoming the students, an ice-breaking activity was organized in which the assigned trainer interacted with students to learn more about each other. A programme overview was given by Mr.Ashish and Ms.Bhawna. They have given the information about the courses of level -1 to students. A baseline survey was conducted after introducing the courses to students. The assigned trainer to each group shared the link of the survey on the what’s app group of students. The trainer collected the documents of students for enrollment into the courses .After that Ad Gen Twist-1 was organized. Under this activity, one product was given to each group. Students were asked to create a presentation and ad plans to promote their products . For this activity, 95 minutes were given to all the groups. After that, each group presented their presentation, which was appreciated by the founder team of Sarthak. The Day 1 orientation programme ended with a vote of thanks to the students. Lunch boxes were distributed to the students.
On the Second day, the Orientation programme began with the introduction of NSDC courses . The assigned trainer shared the overview of the NSDC Course file on the WhatsApp group of students. Students were asked to select any one course according to their interest . Assigned trainer assisted the students in enrollment of courses. Then an energizing activity was conducted in which students were asked to dance with their assigned trainer, and when the song stopped, they had to freeze in their dancing pose. This activity was appreciated by the students. After that a Panel discussion was started on gender inequality issues in society . Ms. Kshama, Ms. Meenakshi, Ms. Yashi Nigam, and Ms. Arpita were the members of the panel. They discussed various gender inequality issues in the society . Then GEN Twist-II activity was conducted . Under this activity, students were asked to convert their previous presentation and create a new presentation for advertising plans of the Gender Inequality removal campaign .Each group presented their ideas infront of Sarthak team and efforts of every group was appreciated by the founder team . The Day 2 orientation programme ended with a vote of thanks to the students.Then, lunch boxes were distributed among the students
