    1. I shall attend more than 75% of classes in each subject and practical in Odd Semester Session 2020-21.In case, it is less than 75%, I understand that as per university rules. I shall not be issued the end semester university examination admit card and I shall be fully responsible for this.
    2. I undertake that I will not indulge in any behavior or act that may be constituted as ragging and I affirm that if I found guilty of ragging, I am liable for punishment and college may take any disciplinary action against me.
    3. I shall abide by college rules.
    4. I shall attend all Sessional examination as conducted by the college.
    5. Only after Registration Form is submitted, I shall be allowed to attend classes as a regular student in current semester Odd Semester Session 2020-21.
